I had a cozy time here, especially when I enjoyed the comfy AC and kicked back by the pool. There were some nice chill spots for relaxation, but waiting for the elevator got a bit annoying since the stairs were not a great option. Overall, I'd totally recommend this place for a solid stay! 😌

good location but lacking some amenities
The maintenance staff were exceptional, always friendly and eager to assist with my needs. Also, the AC worked flawlessly, making my stay comfortable during the warm days.
The dining options could be improved for better variety.

A thicker blanket would have been nice.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy
I had such a cozy stay in my Standard Queen Room—it was perfect for some much-needed relaxation! The room was sparkling clean and equipped with all the essentials, including a fridge and coffee maker. Plus, being just a stroll away from amazing food options kept my taste buds happy!

Loved the location near the Grand Central Market and Walt Disney Theatre. Compact yet comfortable room with friendly staff. Room amenities like the TV and air conditioning worked well. However, the shower pressure left much to be desired, not strong enough to wake me up. The windows were sealed shut, making it hard to get fresh air. ended up waking up with cotton mouth from the dry air. A few hiccups occurred with the soap dispenser being difficult to use. The overall vibe of downtown LA felt a bit overwhelming, especially with the noise from passing traffic at night. Despite these, I enjoyed my stay and found the area lively and accessible.

The location sits right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to access various attractions with a short Uber ride. The Standard Queen Room had essential amenities like a mini fridge and a coffee maker. A cozy atmosphere that made unwinding after a long day quite enjoyable.
The rooms really lean towards the small side and definitely lack soundproofing, making for some less-than-peaceful nights if your neighbors are too lively. The air conditioning unit made an annoying racket, disrupting sleep more than once. Plus, the surrounding area felt sketchy during the evenings, and I had to stay alert while walking outside, which isn’t exactly my idea of a chill vacation.

Good for business travelers
I had to work late and didn't want to drive back home so I stayed here. The room might be small, but I got a good night’s sleep and it was a short walk to work in the morning, real convenient!
It wasn’t budget-friendly but still bearable.

Had a great adventure with friends! We explored the Walt Disney Concert Hall and took in some amazing artwork at The Broad. The room was cozy with all the essentials—microwave, fridge, and strong Wi-Fi. Perfect spot for a fun trip and easy access to local attractions.
We had issues with the air conditioner. it was quite noisy at night which made sleeping a bit tricky. I wish it was quieter to ensure a restful stay.

Compact room offered comfy beds and cleanliness. The location was ideal for accessing nearby attractions like a popular food market and concert hall. However, parking was a hassle with high fees for valet and limited self-parking options, making accessibility a concern. The bathroom felt quite small, impacting the overall experience.

Perfect for Our City Adventure!
The location is unbeatable, just steps from all the downtown attractions! The staff's friendliness and prompt assistance impressed us, especially when we needed local breakfast recommendations. We loved our recent stay and can't wait to return for more explorations, but we'll definitely use public transportation to save on valet fees!
